Returns & Refund Policy
At Invigorate, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are consumables, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we stand behind the quality of our hydration products and will make things right if there is an issue with your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer one of the following based on the situation:
A replacement product
A refund to your original payment method
A store credit of equal value
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Missing Items
If any part of your order is missing, contact us as soon as possible and we will send out the missing items immediately.
